Our backgrounds, training and experience coupled with the best of current, practical technology and sound methods uniquely qualify us to deliver reliable, relevant evidence to decision makers for the insurance industry.  Our clients include insurers and self insured entities, claims personnel and legal counsel across Canada and the United States.

Building on the educational foundation provided by the Insurance Institute of Canada, the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board, in policing and with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, we have added years of experience in insurance claims handling, as staff and contract investigators to insurance litigators plus a combined more than 60 years of solid experience in literally thousands of cases for insurance company clients.  Those foundations are being continually supplemented and updated and now include the optimum qualifications for Fraud Examination and Investigative and Forensic Accounting.

Whether we are to be the witness in a surveillance case, the technician preserving physical evidence, the investigator uncovering and delivering the evidence of a key witness or an expert interpreting and assessing the records, we are objective professionals with advanced, meaningful qualifications.  We have the knowledge and experience necessary to know how to recognize, develop, preserve and interpret evidence of consequence to your case.

Our willingness to “be involved” through original research, as contributors to the improvement of our industry and as advisors to those who regulate us allows us to anticipate rather than react after the fact in a field where client and investigator alike must be perpetually balancing between the need to prevent and detect fraud and society’s reasonable expectations of privacy.

And now, clients can submit requests on line and monitor the progress of their cases with on-line access to our secure server.
